Ladyfinger strawberry cake

Ingredients:


  • 400gr lady fingers cookies (2 packages)
  • milk (for dipping cookies)
  • 700gr sour cream
  • 500gr strawberries
  • 100gr sugar 
  • whipped cream (to cover the cake)


Preparation:
-Pour into a bowl: strawberries, cream and sugar. Mix it and leave it in the fridge a few minutes.
-Dip biscuits in milk and arrange them in a baking sheet of any shape. First Place them on the bottom, then the sides. When that is done, pour filling over the cookies and put another layer of cookies over. Leave it overnight in the fridge.
-Next day cover the cake with whip cream and serve it.

Chicken fingers with tartar sauce

Ingredients (for skewers):
  • Chicken breast (500g) or chicken filets (350 g)
  • 5 eggs
  • 300g Breadcrumbs
  • 200g flour


Ingredients (for tartar sauce)

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 2 dl yogurt
  • 10 g of dill
  • salt


Preparation ( sticks ) :

If you bought the chicken breasts, remove their foreskin and clean the bones. However, if you decide use chicken filets, you need to just cut it into sticks about 6 inches in length and a width of about 1.5 cm.
In a bowl pour the flour, beaten eggs in another, and a third breadcrumbs.
Panirajte sticks, so what will you do the roll in flour, then in egg, then in bread crumbs. You and twice a dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs, if you want to get more attendance.
In a deep fryer or deep frying pan pour the oil and let it heat up. Insert sticks and wait until they get a golden colour.
Then remove them from the oil and place on a towel to drain excess fat.

Preparation ( tartrat sauce ) :
Wash cucumber and cut it into slices less width. You can peel them off before cutting, but it is not necessary, and in any case, salad looks better if you leave it not peeled.
Then mix it with yogurt and sour cream. If you want your salad to be more dense, add more cream, depending on how much you want to be dilute, you can always add more yogurt.
Season salad with salt and dill and serve with the sticks
