Ladyfinger strawberry cake


  • 400gr lady fingers cookies (2 packages)
  • milk (for dipping cookies)
  • 700gr sour cream
  • 500gr strawberries
  • 100gr sugar 
  • whipped cream (to cover the cake)

-Pour into a bowl: strawberries, cream and sugar. Mix it and leave it in the fridge a few minutes.
-Dip biscuits in milk and arrange them in a baking sheet of any shape. First Place them on the bottom, then the sides. When that is done, pour filling over the cookies and put another layer of cookies over. Leave it overnight in the fridge.
-Next day cover the cake with whip cream and serve it.

Chicken fingers with tartar sauce

Ingredients (for skewers):
  • Chicken breast (500g) or chicken filets (350 g)
  • 5 eggs
  • 300g Breadcrumbs
  • 200g flour

Ingredients (for tartar sauce)

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 2 dl yogurt
  • 10 g of dill
  • salt

Preparation ( sticks ) :

If you bought the chicken breasts, remove their foreskin and clean the bones. However, if you decide use chicken filets, you need to just cut it into sticks about 6 inches in length and a width of about 1.5 cm.
In a bowl pour the flour, beaten eggs in another, and a third breadcrumbs.
Panirajte sticks, so what will you do the roll in flour, then in egg, then in bread crumbs. You and twice a dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs, if you want to get more attendance.
In a deep fryer or deep frying pan pour the oil and let it heat up. Insert sticks and wait until they get a golden colour.
Then remove them from the oil and place on a towel to drain excess fat.

Preparation ( tartrat sauce ) :
Wash cucumber and cut it into slices less width. You can peel them off before cutting, but it is not necessary, and in any case, salad looks better if you leave it not peeled.
Then mix it with yogurt and sour cream. If you want your salad to be more dense, add more cream, depending on how much you want to be dilute, you can always add more yogurt.
Season salad with salt and dill and serve with the sticks

Vegetable pasta

  • Macaroni (400g)
  • a few tablespoons of oil
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 purple onion
  • cooking cream (500ml)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • shallot
  • sweet red pepper seasoning

-In a saucepan or deep frying pan put the oil to warm up. Chop onion into ribs, zucchini and eggplant crosswise in half and then in half-rings.Put the vegetables in the pan on a low heat.  Add a little water and let it simmer for a little bit. In the meantime, put pasta to cook and chop peppers. Put peppers in the pan. Leave that for another 10 minutes.  When the  pasta is cooked, add it in a pan with vegetables and pour in cooking cream. Spice it and leave a few minutes until everything is combinaded. Remove from heat and serve.

'' Curry " Chicken

  • chicken breast
  • sweet curry
  • salt and pepper
  • some water
  • pasta or tortillas (depending on the mode of service)

-Chicken filets cut into cubes measuring about 2 inches. In deep frying pan pour a little oil and wait for it to warm up. Add the chicken and fry briefly. While it cooks you can season it with salt and pepper. To make chicken softer and tastier it is desirable to add a little water and leave it to cook. Once all the water has evaporated, leave it to fry untill it get golden-yellow color. Then add the sweet curry and stir. Pour cooking cream and leave to cook until you get the desired consistency. The longer you cook the meal will be denser.
-With the chicken you can serve different types of pasta or maybe serve with tortillas.

Salad with champignons


  • lettuce mix 300gr
  • 1 package of mushrooms
  • 3 slices of toast
  • 100gr sour cream
  • 100gr mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

-Saute the mushrooms with a little salt and pepper. Leave them to cool. During that time toast bread and cut it into cubes.
- Take one large bowl, pour into her lettuce, mushrooms, croutons and mix it. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sour cream, then mix it with other ingredients and serve.

  • bark for lasagnas
  • 300gr cheese
  • 100gr parmesan

For bolognese sauce:

  • 500gr minced beef meat
  • 500ml  tomato juice
  • 1 spoon of tomato puree
  • 10gr  oregano
  • salt,pepper and basil (optionally)
  • 80gr carrot 
  • 80gr celery
  • 100gr onion
  • 2 small green peppers

For bechamel sauce:

  • 60gr butter
  • 70gr flour
  • 1l milk
  • salt,pepper and nutmeg (optionally)


Bolognese sauce:-Heat the oil and add mixed vegetables (celery, carrots, onions) in it .Let it simmer a little and after a few minutes add the minced meat. When the meat is half cooked add the tomato juice & tomato puree and cook it for another ten minutes, then add the green peppers chopped into cubes and spice it up .. Cook that until it's all nicely combined.

Bechamel sauce:-Melt butter, add flour and stew it. Then pour the milk and cook it until desired consistency. Spice it and start preparing lasagna.

Stacking lasagna:-At the bottom pour a little Bechamel sauce, over that put row of bark and then again Bechamel. Sprinkle that with parmesan and cheese and put a new row of bark. Over that pour Bolognese sauce and sprinkle it with parmesan and cheese. Line it up until the baking sheet is filled. As a last layer put Bechamel sauce and put remaining cheese.-Bake on 220 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes.
