'' Curry " Chicken

  • chicken breast
  • sweet curry
  • salt and pepper
  • some water
  • pasta or tortillas (depending on the mode of service)

-Chicken filets cut into cubes measuring about 2 inches. In deep frying pan pour a little oil and wait for it to warm up. Add the chicken and fry briefly. While it cooks you can season it with salt and pepper. To make chicken softer and tastier it is desirable to add a little water and leave it to cook. Once all the water has evaporated, leave it to fry untill it get golden-yellow color. Then add the sweet curry and stir. Pour cooking cream and leave to cook until you get the desired consistency. The longer you cook the meal will be denser.
-With the chicken you can serve different types of pasta or maybe serve with tortillas.
