Salad with champignons


  • lettuce mix 300gr
  • 1 package of mushrooms
  • 3 slices of toast
  • 100gr sour cream
  • 100gr mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

-Saute the mushrooms with a little salt and pepper. Leave them to cool. During that time toast bread and cut it into cubes.
- Take one large bowl, pour into her lettuce, mushrooms, croutons and mix it. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sour cream, then mix it with other ingredients and serve.
