Ladyfinger strawberry cake


  • 400gr lady fingers cookies (2 packages)
  • milk (for dipping cookies)
  • 700gr sour cream
  • 500gr strawberries
  • 100gr sugar 
  • whipped cream (to cover the cake)

-Pour into a bowl: strawberries, cream and sugar. Mix it and leave it in the fridge a few minutes.
-Dip biscuits in milk and arrange them in a baking sheet of any shape. First Place them on the bottom, then the sides. When that is done, pour filling over the cookies and put another layer of cookies over. Leave it overnight in the fridge.
-Next day cover the cake with whip cream and serve it.
